Eitan Stern
Eitan Stern is a graduate from UCT law school. He grew up with an activists education and has served as a member and leader in several NGOs around Cape Town.

Eitan has worked as a research assistant to Justice Kate O'Regan, and headed a team of law students in running a legal clinic at the 'Safety Camps' during the 2008 Xenophobic crisis.

Currently, Eitan is coordinating a project to set up an online community of ethical eaters in South Africa. The remainder of his time is split between mountaineering, music and yoga.
